These terms are an agreement between you and Origin Talent Agency (Pty) Ltd ("Origin Talent", "we", "us"), a domestic and household staffing recruitment agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our placement services are governed in more detail by the Client Service Agreement we conclude with each client household, which prevails over these terms where the two differ.

You may use this website to learn about our services, to submit a client staffing enquiry, to submit a candidate application, and to reach us. You may not use it to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate another person, to send unsolicited marketing, or to interfere with the operation of the website. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a placement agreement or oblige you to engage our services. We will treat the details of your enquiry as confidential and respond to assess whether we can assist. Fees, placement terms and the 4-month replacement guarantee apply only once a Client Service Agreement has been concluded, and are set out in that agreement.

By submitting an application you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete, that you have the legal right to work in South Africa, and that you consent to the screening and verification checks described in our Privacy Notice. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a placement.

The content of this website — including text, images and the Origin Talent brand — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.

We keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided for general guidance and does not constitute professional advice. Where the website links to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We take reasonable care in operating this website, but we do not promise that it will be available at all times or completely free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss arising from use of the website is limited to the extent of our direct, foreseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved under South African law in the courts of South Africa, unless another forum is agreed in the Client Service Agreement.
